The Norwalk Inn is a cashless property at check-in.
ROOM RATES
Room rates are based on two people. Additional guests up to maximum occupancy will be an additional $20 per person, per night, plus tax. Children eighteen and under stay free.
SALT WATER POOL
The Inn’s seasonal salt water pool and deck are open exclusively to registered guests June-October (weather permitting). Food and beverages is served from The Inn’s lounge menu. The pool is open sun-up to sun-down. All guest must be registered. In the event of a private party, management reserves the right to close for a duration of that day.
DEPOSIT POLICY
There is no advanced deposit required when you book on our website or directly with a hotel agent at Norwalk Inn. To guarantee your reservation, a major credit card guarantee is required. Credit card authorization forms are available for third party payment and require a front and back copy of valid ID and matching credit card holder.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel a reservation booking that was made on this site or directly thru a Norwalk Inn hotel agent that for any reason between the time of reserving and prior to 4pm on the date of arrival is canceled, there will no penalty. Third party reservations such as Expedia and Booking.com reservations, if you do not cancel within 24 hours of the date of arrival or you do not check-in, the entire first night’s lodging, taxes will be forfeited. Early check-outs are subject to the same cancellation policy. The cancellation policy may vary for special offers and packages.
Reservations booked within a group block are held to the cancellation policy stated in the group agreement and are separate from the above policies. All pre-paid reservations are non-refundable.

CHECK-IN
We begin our check-in process at 3:00 PM. . An authorization for $100 in addition to the estimated full length of stay as a security deposit will be processed on the credit card used upon check in. Authorizations are released on checkout day and depending on your bank the release can take up to 7-10 business days. Early check in is available and rates and availability are based on occupancy and availability and subject to fees if applicable.
EXPRESS CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Express Check-Out allows you to checkout of your room without having to return to the Front Desk. The credit card you used at check-in is billed for your charges or purchases during your stay, and a copy of your bill will be emailed to you upon departure. Every guest on departure day is automatically checked out of the system. Late checkout is based on occupancy and availability and will require an additional fee. NO SMOKING POLICY
The Norwalk Inn & Conference Center is a 100% smoke-free facility. A $250 recovery fee will be charged to guests.
AGE AND CHILD POLICY
There is no age requirement to reserve or check into a room. Children 18 and under stay free.
TAXES
The following local tax rates will be applied to all guest reservations.
CT State Tax & Lodging Tax: 15%
PET POLICY
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
INCIDENTALS AUTHORIZATION
Upon check-in please have a credit card ready to hand to the front desk agent. The credit card will be swiped and authorized at $100 per stay. This is strictly a pending charge. Upon check-out this $100 authorization for incidentals shall be released to your card if you did not choose to charge to your room during your stay. If you have chosen to utilize this convenience, charges will be made, and the balance will be released upon check-out. Please note: This is not a charge. This is a pending or holding authorization for incidentals. If you have any questions or concerns, please talk to a front desk agent upon check-in.
