The Norwalk Inn consistently receives high praise and excellent reviews. We were honored to receive the Small Business Award in 2011 from the Great Norwalk Chamber of Commerce. With so many favorable reviews, we are proud to have been given the Certificate of Excellence (2021) from the popular travel site, Tripadvisor.com.
“Everyone at the Norwalk Inn went above and beyond for all our wedding guests. The front desk was so helpful and the rooms were so nice. I’ve gotten rave reviews from all our guests who said they will stay at the Norwalk Inn next time they are in town. Thank you for the great customer service.”

“From the time I walked in until the time I left, the staff could not have been any more helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was quite good… I would highly recommend this hotel.”

“Excellent hotel and conference center where people are treated really well. I have stayed at this hotel many times and it would be my first choice in Norwalk and surrounding areas. Find out for yourself and enjoy.”

“After selling my home, I stayed a month in one of the extended-stay apartments. Brand new, spacious, designer furnished, beautiful rooms. Studios and one bedrooms. Granite kitchens and baths. Fully equipped including spa robes! This hotel is family owned and they really care about the property.”

“The hotel is a hidden gem. If you want a respite from the traditional big hotel feel, and a place where you feel you are appreciated, this is it. The staff is always very nice and makes you feel welcome.”

We had a large family gathering regards a sad event in which we showed up late and Martha and crew far exceeded our expectaions. They were polite, efficient and awesome to have helping us. The food was great and we could not have asked for anything better. For family members who stayed it was fantastic. Again expectations were exceded. Thank You Martha and crew.

The staff was really nice! They upgraded us to a larger room and they brought us two water bottles the next morning, before checkout, to our room! We only wish we knew to bring toothpaste because it wasn't included but might've just been an oversight on housekeeping's part. The room was spotless and the shampoo and conditioner were nice and hydrating and smelled of Neroli, really nice touch! We just wish there was breakfast as part of our stay but I cannot find it in me to deduct any points because it was a really nice place.
